We bought this nebulizer as a supplemental unit in a second room for convenience. It is quiet, compact and convenient. In short, it does the job and it does it well at an affordable price. When we buy any subsequent units (my husband gets about 2-3 years out of a unit because of constant use)then we will probably buy more just like it because it performs so well. Of note, since we have had several models over the years, if you want quiet, don’t buy a unit with a “convenient storage compartment” as these ALWAYS rattle. This neb has no such compartment.
